Kia UK is a leading automotive brand in the UK, offering a wide range of models across multiple segments. As Business Sales Manager, you will play a key role in managing Kia UK's van sales performance by model and channel, identifying risks and opportunities. Your responsibilities will include developing and managing a separate Fleet Matrix and support terms for vans, ensuring effective communication, reporting, and control of incentive spend.

About You: We are looking for an experienced professional with knowledge of the UK Commercial Vehicle Market, Dealer Operations, and business finance packages. You should be numerate and literate, with strong negotiation skills and excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Self-motivated and capable of leading a start-up project without guidance, you should also have competent Project and Stakeholder Management skills and the ability to interpret data and make commercial recommendations. An estimated salary for this role is £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
