Job Title: Business Development Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Nicholas Associates Group Limited. As a Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in the company's growth strategy, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with potential customers, and converting them into clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify new business opportunities, including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products, and services.
  • Seek out the appropriate contact and decision maker in an organisation.
  • Generate leads and cold call prospective customers.
  • Account management.
  • Foster and develop relationships with customers/clients.
  • Work strategically, carrying out necessary planning in order to implement operational changes.
  • Have a good understanding of the businesses' products and services.
  • Keep abreast of trends and changes in the business world.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales.
  • Proven track record of working with FMCG (preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a demonstrated ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to overcome objections and secure new business.
  • Ability to analyse market trends and identify opportunities for growth.
