About the Role

QA Limited is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Ledger Administrator to join our Income Team in London. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a crucial role in assisting with revenue creation and collection for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to external and internal communications via phone and email, providing excellent customer service and support.
  • Assist in the collection of revenue, issuing instalment plans, and minimising risk to maximise cash flow for the business.
  • Gain experience in accountancy duties, including posting payments, Month End tidy ups, and reconciliation tasks.
  • Provide guidance and support to customers with Student Finance England queries, and assist with data analysis.
