Job Overview

Role Purpose:

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Development Representative to join our team at Life Ledger. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and engaging with new leads, moving them through the sales funnel, and creating new opportunities for the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute outbound sales strategies to generate new leads and drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with the VP Revenue and commercial team to develop and refine the sales process.
  • Conduct research to understand customer needs and tailor outreach accordingly.
  • Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and develop them into sales opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of all conversations and monitor pipeline progress using CRM systems.
  • Work with marketing and sales teams to refine lead generation strategies and improve lead quality.

Requirements:

  • 2 years proven experience in a B2B lead generation or sales development role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence.
  • A proven ability to generate leads and turn them into qualified sales opportunities.
  • Able to handle objections, overcome challenges, and adjust approach based on customer needs.
  • Experience with sales prospecting techniques and CRM systems.
