At Ledger, we're revolutionizing the world of digital assets and Web3. As a key player in our EMEA Sales team, you'll be instrumental in shaping the direction of our local teams and ensuring our innovative solutions meet the needs of our customers.

About the Role

We're seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Development Representative to drive sales growth in the EMEA zone. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build and nurture relationships with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead sales efforts in the region, setting an example for excellence in sales performance.
  2. Collaborate with local sales, pre-sales, and customer success management teams to ensure seamless strategy execution.
  3. Contribute to setting ambitious yet achievable goals for the regional team, aligning with company objectives.
  4. Foster close relationships with other sales personnel, providing mentorship and support to fuel team success and professional growth.
  5. Deliver insightful feedback to the product team to guide product enhancements and innovation.
  6. Lead high-value negotiations and sales pitches, executing sales strategies with confidence.

Desired Qualifications

  1. Proven track record in sales within the tech or crypto security sectors (at least 8 years).
  2. Ability to work cross-functionally with pre-sales, sales, and post-sales teams.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an aptitude for building and nurturing relationships.
  4. Strategic thinker with a knack for identifying trends and customer insights.
  5. Experience in reporting to senior leadership and contributing to company-wide strategy discussions.
