We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as the Head of College Operations. This is a key leadership role that will play a critical part in the success of our institution.

About the Role

The Head of College Operations will serve as the Chief Executive and Principal Managerial and Administrative Head of the Engineering College of Technology. This administrative role is responsible for the day-to-day management and direction of the overall operations of the College.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the College's affairs, including human resources, health, safety, wellbeing, and risk management.
  • Provide strategic leadership and drive the implementation of the College's strategic and business plans.
  • Establish and oversee effective monitoring and evaluation systems for continuous improvement of learning and teaching.
  • Manage the College's funds and ensure financial sustainability.
  • Serve as the designated accountable officer to the Office for Students.
  • Maintain strong governance structures, leadership teams, and management arrangements within the College.
  • Manage the full- and part-time managerial, academic, administrative, and support staff of the College.
Requirements
  • Degree qualified.
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role.
  • Self-motivated and able to confidently lead and grow the team.
  • Strong strategic planning and organisational skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and time management.
  • Able to work autonomously with remote teams.
  • Adaptable with a 'Can Do' attitude.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
