About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Campaign Analyst to join our Impact division at Citation Group. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in informing and driving our campaign activity to maximize our reach and revenue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide ongoing analysis of inbound and outbound performance, recognizing and flagging key trends.
  • Adapt approach across multiple market-leading brands, creating, monitoring, and maintaining dialling strategies to support changing business needs.
  • Effectively communicate any areas of potential risks around data volumes/quality.
  • Ensure all dialler and real-time MI is accurate, timely, and effective, coming with insight, not just information.
  • Work closely with key stakeholders to measure on-the-day performance against plan in both core outbound and blended environments.
  • Create and analyze campaign performance, providing strategic recommendations, applying normalization methodologies to remove results bias.
  • Create selections and data flows for campaigns in the campaign management platform alongside Customer Marketing Managers, leading on data integrity and ensuring QA.
  • Build easy-to-understand reports and dashboards to track spot and share trends.
Requirements
  • An enthusiastic attitude and a desire to learn more.
  • Fault logging and bug fixing, liaising externally to ensure minimal downtime of key systems with face-to-face contact and a fast turnaround.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products and specifically MS Excel.
  • Excellent analytical skills to help collect, measure, organize, and analyze data.
  • Knowledge in building reports and dashboards.
  • Willingness to travel.
