Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced HR Data Analyst to join our team at ECF Data, LLC. As an HR Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in analyzing and interpreting HR data to inform business decisions and drive strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • HR Data Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of HR data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions.
  • Reporting and Visualization: Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to communicate insights to stakeholders.
  • HR Data Lake Management: Design and implement an HR data lake to store and manage large datasets, ensuring scalability and effectiveness.
  • Data Integration and Automation: Integrate data from diverse sources, automate processes where feasible, and maintain high-quality process documentation.
  • Special Projects: Lead and manage special projects aligned with HR objectives, ensuring they deliver value and meet business needs.
  • Support to Senior Manager: Provide data analysis support to the Senior Manager, HR Data and Analytics, and offer recommendations and solutions.
  • Ad Hoc Reporting and Analysis: Deliver ad hoc reporting, analysis, and insights to support the HR Leadership and broader HR Team.
  • Process Improvement: Contribute to delivering, maintaining, and improving HR services, procedures, and processes to increase employee satisfaction, drive performance, and achieve results.
  • HR Reporting and Analytics Capabilities: Expand HR reporting and analytics capabilities to adapt to evolving business needs.
Requirements
  • Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with Tableau, Power BI, and SQL, as well as Microsoft Ecosystem Familiarity, including SharePoint, Power Automate, and other Power platform products.
  • Data Analysis and Management: Experience in data analysis and data management, including knowledge of data gathering, cleaning, and transforming techniques (ETL).
  • HR Data and People Analytics: Deep understanding and curiosity of HR data and people analytics, with a keen eye for accuracy and attention to detail.
