HR Data Analyst Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Data Analyst to join our team at Avis Budget Group International. As a key member of our HR Data and Analytics team, you will play a pivotal role in driving business decisions with data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and maintain HR data analytics reports and dashboards using Tableau and Power BI.
  2. Design and implement data governance frameworks to ensure data quality and integrity.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop data-driven solutions.
  4. Lead special projects to improve HR processes and services.
  5. Provide data analysis and insights to support HR decision-making.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR data analytics.
Requirements:
  1. Hands-on experience with Tableau, Power BI, SQL, and relational databases.
  2. Advanced Excel skills and knowledge of data gathering, cleaning, and transforming techniques.
  3. Microsoft Ecosystem Familiarity: Knowledge of SharePoint, Power Automate, and other Power platform products.
  4. Deep understanding of HR data and people analytics.
  5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
