Unlock the Power of HR Data

We're seeking a talented HR Data Analyst to join our team at ECF Data, LLC. As a key member of our HR Data and Analytics team, you'll play a pivotal role in driving strategic decision-making with robust analytics.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver data-driven insights through analysis of HR data, leveraging tools like Tableau and Power BI to inform HR and business decisions.
  • Establish and maintain the HR Data Lake, ensuring scalability and effectiveness in handling large datasets.
  • Integrate and manipulate data from diverse sources, automating processes where feasible.
  • Lead special projects aligned with HR objectives, delivering value and driving results.
  • Support the Senior Manager, HR Data and Analytics, with data analysis and recommendations.
  • Provide ad hoc reporting, analysis, and insights to the HR Leadership and broader HR Team.
  • Contribute to delivering, maintaining, and improving HR services, procedures, and processes.
  • Expand HR reporting and analytics capabilities to meet evolving business needs.
  • Maintain high-quality process documentation for data analysis.

Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience with Tableau, Power BI, and SQL.
  • Microsoft Ecosystem Familiarity: Knowledge of SharePoint, Power Automate, and other Power platform products.
  • Knowledge of data gathering, cleaning, and transforming techniques (ETL).
  • Experience in data analysis and data management.
  • Deep understanding and curiosity of HR data and people analytics.
  • Attention to detail and ability to question and troubleshoot data.
