Eutopia Solutions is seeking a skilled HR Data Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our HR Data and Analytics team, you will play a pivotal role in dissecting HR data to provide valuable insights into patterns and trends, and identify areas for improvement.

Our ideal candidate will be a collaborative team member with a passion for data and a keen eye for detail. You will be responsible for analyzing HR data to produce data-driven reports in Tableau and Power BI, and supporting the Manager, HR Data and Analytics with data analysis in all areas of core HR data.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze HR data to produce insightful reports that inform strategic and operational HR decisions.
  • Manipulate and integrate data from diverse sources, with a focus on automating processes where feasible.
  • Support the Manager, HR Data and Analytics with data analysis and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Expand our HR reporting and analytics capabilities to meet evolving business needs.

Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience with Tableau, Power BI, SQL, and relational databases, with advanced Excel skills.
  • Knowledge and experience in query writing in SQL programming.
  • Familiarity with the Microsoft Ecosystem, including SharePoint, Power Automate, and other Power platform products.
  • Knowledge of data gathering, cleaning, and transforming techniques (ETL).
  • Experience in data analysis and data management.
  • Deep understanding and curiosity about HR data and people analytics.
