Quality and Improvement Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality and Improvement Lead to join our team at the Manufacturing Technology Centre (MTC). As a key member of our Quality Team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing quality management systems, processes, and procedures to ensure the highest standards of quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement quality management systems, processes, and procedures to meet customer and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage and develop the quality team to ensure effective quality management and continuous improvement.
  • Conduct audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality and compliance throughout the organization.
  • Develop and maintain quality metrics and reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide training and coaching to employees on quality management and continuous improvement principles.
Requirements:
  • Good working knowledge of quality management systems, including ISO 9001 and AS9100.
  • Experience in a quality management role, preferably in a manufacturing or aerospace environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
