Quality and Improvement Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality and Improvement Lead to join our team at the Manufacturing Technology Centre (MTC). As a key member of our Quality Team, you will play a crucial role in driving quality excellence and process improvement across our operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement quality management systems that meet customer and industry standards.
  • Lead and manage the Quality Team to ensure effective quality planning, control, and assurance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Conduct audits and assessments to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations.
  • Develop and maintain quality procedures, standards, and specifications.
  • Provide training and coaching to team members on quality principles and best practices.
  • Monitor and analyze quality metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement corrective action plans to address quality issues.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in quality management and process improvement.
  • Strong knowledge of quality management systems, including ISO 9001 and AS9100.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with auditing and quality control.
