Key Responsibilities

We are looking for a motivated and empathetic Care Assistant to join our team at Barchester Healthcare. In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing high-quality care and support to our residents
  • Working closely with the care team to ensure seamless delivery of care
  • Supporting residents with daily living activities, such as personal care and meal times

In return, we offer a competitive salary of £22,000 - £25,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also provide free training and development opportunities, access to wellbeing tools and a range of employee benefits.
