">About the Role
">We are seeking a Head of Commercial Growth to drive our commercial strategy, hitting ambitious revenue targets. As a key member of the leadership team, you will work closely with the founders and brand teams to ensure a co-ordinated approach to all marketing activity.
">Your Key Responsibilities
">• Work in partnership with the founders, brand and marketing teams to ensure a co-ordinated approach to all marketing activity, focusing on revenue generation.
">• Work closely with site level Business Development Managers to ensure that ambitious revenue targets are agreed upon and delivered, whilst supporting and mentoring them with any challenges they may face.
">The Ideal Candidate
">We are looking for a highly experienced sales leader who has a proven track record of driving business growth. You should have a minimum of 5 years experience in a Senior Sales management role, ideally within the hospitality industry.
