Strategic Business Growth Manager for Northern Region

Team Jobs - Commercial is a leading supplier of professional paint/coating products and services, seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join their team in the North.
About the Role:
This is a remote opportunity with frequent visits to our Head Office near Portsmouth when required.
Responsibilities:
- Identify new business opportunities, including emerging markets, growth areas, trends, customers, products, and services.
- Establish new business through an active sales pipeline process, recorded in SharePoint.
- Implement new business strategies aligned with the company's business group objectives.
- Maintain strong relationships both internally and externally.
- Record all customer interactions using the current reporting program.
- Handover new accounts to the region after a 3-month initial development period.
About You:
We're looking for someone with experience in the coating industry, preferably in Automotive Refinishing/Industrial/Wood Coatings/Light Industrial/refinishing industry, who can think strategically and drive business growth.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of £44,000-£50,000 + DOE + OTE £80,000.
