Team Jobs - Commercial is a leading supplier of professional paint/coating products and services, seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join their team in the North.

About the Role:

This is a remote opportunity with frequent visits to our Head Office near Portsmouth when required.

Responsibilities:

  1. Identify new business opportunities, including emerging markets, growth areas, trends, customers, products, and services.
  2. Establish new business through an active sales pipeline process, recorded in SharePoint.
  3. Implement new business strategies aligned with the company's business group objectives.
  4. Maintain strong relationships both internally and externally.
  5. Record all customer interactions using the current reporting program.
  6. Handover new accounts to the region after a 3-month initial development period.

About You:

We're looking for someone with experience in the coating industry, preferably in Automotive Refinishing/Industrial/Wood Coatings/Light Industrial/refinishing industry, who can think strategically and drive business growth.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £44,000-£50,000 + DOE + OTE £80,000.
