About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and ambitious individual to fill the role of Care Home Manager in our residential care home in Woodbridge, Suffolk. As a senior leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the home, ensuring that we provide exceptional care to our residents while maintaining a profitable and sustainable business.

Salary: £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to improve resident outcomes and drive business growth.
- Lead and manage a team of experienced carers and support staff to deliver high-quality care.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, regulations, and industry standards.
- Manage the home's budget and resources to meet financial targets and maintain excellent care standards.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting a culture of kindness, compassion, and respect.
