Care Manager Position

Salary: £52,000 per annum + Benefits & Bonus (up to 10% per annum)
Location: Woodbridge, Suffolk
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Care Manager to join our team at our residential care home in Woodbridge, Suffolk. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring that we maintain the highest standards of care and service delivery.
- Lead and manage the care team to deliver high-quality care to our residents
- Develop and implement effective care plans to meet the needs of our residents
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
- Manage budgets and resources to ensure efficient use of resources
- Proven experience as a Home Manager or Deputy Manager in a residential care setting
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Annual Salary: £52,000
Benefits Package: Includes benefits such as pension contributions, life assurance, and discounts on shopping, dining, and entertainment.
Holiday Entitlement: Up to 30 days per annum, including bank holidays.
