Job Description

Deben Willow Care Ltd is seeking an experienced Homecare Manager to oversee the day-to-day management of care services. As a Registered Care Manager, you will ensure that all operational and legal requirements are met.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading daily operational duties, care management knowledge, planning assessment protocols, and delivering a complete range of social care requirements. They will also review and maintain continuity by structured oversight, ensuring all health & safety protocols are implemented for the wellbeing of all service users.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide a proven track record and ability to ensure successful registration with the Care Quality Commission as a Registered Manager.
  • Take a positive lead in managing and maintaining accountability for the range of services that facilitate the delivery of the highest standards of homecare to all service users and the management and supervision of homecare staff teams.
  • Be confident in leading daily operational duties, care management knowledge, planning assessment protocols, and delivering a complete range of social care requirements.

Requirements:
  • Proven management experience in Health and Social Care with the ability to lead and motivate your senior team.
  • Knowledge of existing CQC regulations and ability to maintain an up-to-date skillset in Health and Social Care legislation.

Salary: £42,500 per year
