Care and Support Worker

At Swanstaff Ltd, we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Adult Healthcare Assistant to join our team in a unique residential setting. About the Role- Assist with daily activities and personal care for residents in the residential home, promoting their physical and emotional well-being.
- Follow care plans, maintain accurate records, and ensure a safe and supportive environment that respects the individual needs of each resident.
- A minimum of 3 months' previous experience in a care or support role is essential, demonstrating your ability to provide quality care and support.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including block bookings, days, nights, and weekends, ensuring that you can adapt to changing needs and schedules.
- A competitive estimated salary of £18,000 - £20,000 per annum, based on your level of experience and qualifications.
