We are looking for a skilled Senior Support Worker to join our team in Woodbridge, Suffolk.

This role offers the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of vulnerable individuals by providing high-quality care in a residential setting.

The successful candidate will possess an NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care or equivalent qualification and have prior experience in a care setting. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing care plans in collaboration with the care team.
  • Conducting regular supervisions and appraisals of support workers.
  • Ensuring the accurate administration of medication according to established policies and procedures.
  • Making realistic assessments for continuity of care and reporting these findings.
  • Providing guidance and support to junior staff members.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a genuine desire to care for others.
