About the Role

Practice Plus Group is a leading provider of NHS services to secure environments. We are currently seeking an experienced General Practitioner to join our team at HMP Warren Hill and HMP Hollesley Bay in Suffolk.

This part-time position offers 4 sessions per week, split between the two sites. As a General Practitioner in our secure environment, you will have the opportunity to work with patients who require specialist care.

Job Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality healthcare to a diverse group of patients.
  • Provide specialist resources to other members of the healthcare team.

We offer a competitive annual salary up to £126,600 FTE, depending on experience. In addition to your salary, you will also receive various benefits including discounts on shopping and leisure activities, support for professional development, and access to an employee assistance helpline.

Requirements
  • Inclusion on the GMC Register and GP Performers List.
  • Experience working as a General Practitioner in community general practice.
  • Evidence of continuing professional development.
  • Ability to work with patients with a history of substance misuse.
  • RCGP Certificate in Substance Misuse 1 and 2, or prepared to undertake these qualifications.
