To be considered for this role, applicants must possess an NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care or equivalent qualification. Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting regular supervisions and appraisals of support workers.
  • Collaborating with the team to develop and implement effective care plans.
  • Updating and creating comprehensive care documentation.
  • Making accurate assessments for continuity of care and reporting these findings.
  • Administering medication according to established policies and procedures.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a care setting and a genuine desire to provide excellent care to others.
