About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Residential Support Professional to join our team at Jupiter Recruitment in the Woodbridge, Suffolk area. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and support to residents in our residential care home.

Key Details

The successful candidate will receive an excellent salary of £13.00 per hour, reflecting the importance of this role. You will also have access to a comprehensive induction and paid training programme, as well as opportunities for career development and growth.

Your Key Responsibilities
  1. Recognise and facilitate the daily needs of residents
  2. Conduct formal supervisions and appraisals
  3. Contribute to care planning and coaching support workers
  4. Update and write care plans and resident documentation
  5. Report realistic assessments of each resident to ensure continuity of care
  6. Administer medication to residents in accordance with policies and procedures
Your Requirements
  • NVQ/QCF Level 3 in Health & Social Care or equivalent qualification
  • Experience working in a care setting
  • Verbal and written communication skills
  • Genuine desire to care for others
