We are currently recruiting a Medical Care Professional to work in nursing and residential homes across the Woodbridge area. As a Medical Care Professional, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, including monitoring vital signs, moving and handling patients, and assisting with personal care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor patients' conditions by taking temperatures, pulse, respirations, and weight.
- Moving and handling of patients, assisting around the home.
- Providing personal care, such as washing and personal hygiene.
- Serving meals and helping to feed patients.
- Showing compassion while talking to patients and making them comfortable.
Requirements:
- At least 6 months relevant UK experience in the last 2 years.
