Care Team Coordinator

A prestigious Care Co-ordinator opportunity has arisen for a motivated and experienced professional to work in an exceptional residential care home based in the Woodbridge, Suffolk area.
This special residential care home provides high-quality residential care, dementia care, and respite care. We are seeking an individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and supporting the well-being of residents.
To be considered for this position, you must have an NVQ/QCF Level 3 or 4 in Health & Social Care. As a successful candidate, you will be responsible for working as part of a team to maintain the personal care of residents, respecting their dignity and promoting independence.
Key duties include:
- Maintaining accurate records of resident care plans
- Ensuring that care services are consistently provided to a high standard
- Assisting in the care of the resident's physical environment and participating in general day-to-day activities
- Providing leadership and guidance to support staff, including induction, training, and supervision
- Coordinating medication administration and recording, as well as liaising with health professionals
The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and demonstrate empathy and understanding towards the needs of residents. Experience of supervising a care team and possessing good leadership skills would be beneficial for the role.
In return for your hard work and commitment, you will receive an excellent salary of £26,676 per annum (£14.25 per hour) and a range of benefits, including a comprehensive induction and paid training programme, an excellent working environment, uniform provision, assistance with Enhanced DBS, and access to our current Employee Engagement Portal.
