Care Assistant

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Care Assistant to join our team in the healthcare sector. As a Care Assistant, you will be working in a residential care setting, providing high-quality care to residents and promoting their well-being.
The ideal candidate will possess an NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care or equivalent, with a genuine desire to care for others. As a team player, you will be essential in promoting the well-being and providing the highest quality of care to residents.
Your key duties will include:
- Assisting with daily tasks, including personal care assistance, days out, and companionship
- Encouraging independence, well-being, and supporting vulnerable individuals with their daily routines and activities
- Ensuring accurate record keeping at all times
We offer a competitive salary of £12.00 per hour, with the annual salary being £22,464 per annum. This exciting position is a full-time role for 36 hours a week on days. In return for your hard work and commitment, you will receive the following generous benefits:
