Crossover is seeking a highly skilled Ai Automation Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our innovation group, you will be responsible for architecting and deploying sophisticated AI systems that drive business growth and efficiency.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced professional with advanced generative AI proficiency to lead the design and implementation of AI automations that streamline processes, enhance productivity, and deliver robust solutions across diverse applications.

Your Key Responsibilities

- Design and build high-quality AI automations to automate workflows and optimize business outcomes.

- Experiment with state-of-the-art AI tools like GPT-4 Vision and Amazon CodeWhisperer to integrate them into our developmental process.

- Evaluate and optimize the implementation of AI solutions across various infrastructures, including AWS, to ensure seamless performance and integration.

What You Will Not Be Doing

- Traditional coding - our AI does the heavy lifting, freeing you to innovate and strategize.

- Being stuck on repetitive tasks - no two problems are the same.

Requirements

  • Advanced generative AI proficiency (use of multiple AI tools, ability to automate workflows and custom GPTs).
  • At least 3 years of professional work experience.
  • Proficiency in Python and API integration.
  • Proficiency in AWS.

Salary: $140,000 - $180,000 per year

This role offers a competitive salary range of $140,000 to $180,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
