**Job Summary**

We are seeking a Night Concierge to join our team at Excelcare Holdings. As a Night Concierge, you will be responsible for providing a first point of contact service throughout the night, ensuring the safety and security of residents and the building.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Control safe access to the building, dealing with emergencies and monitoring anti-social behaviour.
  • Maintain the safety and security of residents and the building by supervising entry and exit points, undertaking regular Health and Safety checks, monitoring CCTV systems, and addressing challenging behaviour effectively.
  • Offer immediate support to residents as identified, responding and escalating any concerns promptly in line with company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain an accurate, written account/log of events and record contact with internal and external stakeholders involved in the process.
  • Seek advice and raise safeguarding alerts if evidence of harm to residents is suspected.
  • Provide professional interaction with residents and checks on communal areas, respecting professional boundaries and ensuring adherence to policies and procedures.
  • Provide additional administration support to the team as directed by the Team Leader as required.
