Removals Business Development Executive Role

We are seeking an experienced Removals Business Development Executive to join our team at Red Recruit. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and developing relationships with prospective clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contacting prospective clients through calls, emails, and LinkedIn to generate new business
  • Developing opportunities with prospects and customers for the sales team to quote on existing services and new services
  • Proactively contacting all allocated sales leads within set timelines
  • Responding professionally to incoming enquiries from Live Chat, Web, or phone
  • Inputting all activities, including calls and tasks, into our CRM system
  • Clarifying customers' buying criteria and requirements
  • Introducing affiliate services where appropriate
  • Following up all enquiries to conclusion and maintaining records in our CRM system
  • Assisting with general administrative duties when required
  • Accompanying consultants and attending events when necessary

Requirements:

  • At least two years' experience in the removals industry
  • Commercial awareness and good negotiating/influencing skills
  • Confident communication and strong networking skills
  • PC proficiency, particularly with Word and Excel
  • Attention to detail

In return for your expertise, we offer a competitive salary of up to £30,000, in line with experience.
