Business Development Manager for Removals Services

We are seeking an experienced Removals Business Development Executive to join our team at Red Recruit. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and developing relationships with prospective clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contacting prospective clients through calls, emails, and LinkedIn to generate new business
- Developing opportunities with prospects and customers for the sales team to quote on existing services and new services
- Proactively contacting all allocated sales leads within set timelines
- Responding professionally to incoming enquiries from Live Chat, Web, or phone
- Inputting all activities, including calls and tasks, into our CRM system
- Clarifying customers' buying criteria and requirements
- Introducing affiliate services where appropriate
- Following up all enquiries to conclusion and maintaining records in our CRM system
- Assisting with general administrative duties when required
- Accompanying consultants and attending events when necessary
Requirements:
- At least two years' experience in the removals industry
- Commercial awareness and good negotiating/influencing skills
- Confident communication and strong networking skills
- PC proficiency, particularly with Word and Excel
- Attention to detail
What We Offer:
In return for your expertise, we offer a competitive salary of up to £30,000, in line with experience.
