The Opportunity

Due to their success with expansion plans, the HR team requires another administrator to support business units and drive culture across teams.

Job Description
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the employee lifecycle, issuing contracts, onboarding, training, and offboarding.
  • Draft accurate contracts and necessary correspondence.
  • Efficiently collate and issue new starter packs at all levels.
  • Maintain accurate records within the HR system, ensuring documentation is legal, necessary, and correct.
  • Track probationary periods, conduct DBS and RTW checks.
  • Collaborate with the payroll team to ensure new starters are set up correctly, report changes, and support bonuses, rewards, and benefits.
  • Provide first-line support for people-related queries or requests.
  • Manage the team inbox.
  • Support the wider HR team in large-scale projects and admin tasks or research when needed.
Requirements
  • To Succeed:
  • Prior experience supporting a People Team as an administrator, coordinator, or advisor.
  • High emotional intelligence with the ability to handle confidential information sensitively.
  • Knowledge of GDPR and ISO 27001.
  • A genuine team player.
  • A solutions-focused and proactive problem solver.
  • CIPD Level 3 or working towards desirable.
