This role offers a competitive salary of approximately £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the employee life-cycle, issuing contracts, onboarding, booking training, and offboarding.
  • Accurately draft contracts and necessary correspondence.
  • Collate and issue all new starter packs efficiently at all levels.
  • Maintain accurate records within the HR system, ensuring that all documentation is legal, necessary, and correct.
  • Track probationary periods, conduct DBS and RTW checks.
  • Work collaboratively with the payroll team to ensure that new starters are set up correctly, any changes are reported, and support with bonuses, rewards, and benefits.
  • Become first-line support for any people-related queries or requests.
  • Manage the team inbox.
  • Support the wider HR team in larger-scale projects and admin tasks or research when needed.

To Be Successful:

  • Prior experience as an administrator, coordinator, or advisor in a people team.
  • High emotional intelligence with the ability to handle confidential information sensitively.
  • Knowledge of GDPR and ISO 27001.
  • Genuine team player with solutions-focused and proactive problem-solving skills.
  • CIPD Level 3 or working towards desirable.
