Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will oversee the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring seamless transitions for all staff members. This includes drafting contracts, collating new starter packs, and maintaining accurate records within the HR system. Additionally, this role involves tracking probationary periods, conducting DBS and RTW checks, and working collaboratively with the payroll team to ensure new starters are set up correctly.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, applicants must have previous experience supporting a People Team, either as an administrator, coordinator, or advisor. A genuine team-player with high emotional intelligence is essential, as well as knowledge of GDPR and ISO 27001. The ideal candidate will also possess CIPD Level 3 or working towards desirable.
