Talent Management Expert Wanted

We are seeking a talented People & Development Manager to join our team. In this key role, you will combine strategic thinking with practical delivery to drive talent management, organisational development, employee engagement, and diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Shaping our approach to Equity Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging (EDI), driving strategies that foster an inclusive culture for all employees and our Bank Members.
  • Partnering with subject matter experts in Learning & Development and Talent Acquisition to design and deliver innovative solutions that attract, retain, and develop top talent.
  • Leading organisational development initiatives that elevate performance, enhance leadership capabilities, and support business objectives.
  • Utilising data-driven insights to guide strategic decision-making and continuously improve employee experiences.
About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced professional to join our team and contribute to the success of NHS Professionals.

You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective talent management strategies that align with our business objectives.

As a People & Development Manager, you will work closely with various stakeholders to design and deliver training programs, manage talent pipelines, and ensure compliance with relevant legislation.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues at all levels.

A competitive salary of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum is offered, plus a generous annual leave allowance and comprehensive benefits package.

The location of the role is flexible, with opportunities to work from home or in one of our regional offices.
