Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Art Director to join our team at the Independent Association of Prep Schools. As a leader in the field of art education, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of our students and staff.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading a department of six specialist art teachers and a full-time art technician, developing and delivering a broad curriculum, and promoting art scholarship awards. You will also have the opportunity to lead outreach projects with local schools and collaborate with colleagues to promote the arts.

The salary range for this position is approximately £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.

  • Develop and deliver a comprehensive curriculum that meets the needs of our students and prepares them for future success;
  • Lead a team of teachers and technicians to achieve outstanding results and develop innovative teaching practices;
  • Promote art scholarship awards and lead outreach projects to engage with local schools and communities;

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in art education, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for inspiring and motivating students. They will also have a commitment to ongoing professional development and be able to adapt to changing circumstances.
