As a lecturer in education and arts, you will play a key role in shaping the curriculum and designing the art school of the future. You will work closely with dynamic and motivated staff to develop and design innovative educational experiences for our students.

The successful candidate will have expertise in education and arts, with a strong track record of teaching and research. You will be able to inspire students and staff in new ways of practice and learning, and contribute to the development of innovative educational experiences.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Lead course development and delivery at undergraduate and postgraduate levels
  • Contribute to creative education initiatives that foster innovation and artistic expression
  • Collaborate with staff to design and deliver engaging educational experiences

**Salary:** £38,000 - £45,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

**Location:** Canterbury campus
