We are seeking a passionate academic with expertise in education and arts to contribute to our diverse and supportive environment at UCA. As an enthusiastic artist and educator, you will inspire students and staff in new ways of practice and learning. Your ability to lead courses at undergraduate and postgraduate levels will be essential in shaping the curriculum and designing the art school of the future.

The successful candidate will join us at an exciting time as we reimagine the curriculum and reinvent the art school. You will work closely with dynamic and motivated staff to develop and design innovative educational experiences for our students.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Lead course development and delivery at undergraduate and postgraduate levels
  • Contribute to creative education initiatives that foster innovation and artistic expression
  • Collaborate with staff to design and deliver engaging educational experiences

**Salary:** £38,000 - £45,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

**Location:** Canterbury campus
