Senior ER Specialist

Job Overview: Altum Consulting is seeking an experienced ER Specialist to join their team on a temporary basis. As an ER Specialist, you will be responsible for managing complex cases and providing expert advice to senior team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a high volume of complex ER cases (circa 55) including protected characteristics, sexual harassment, discrimination, investigating senior leaders etc
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to senior team members across the organisation on case resolution
  • Thoroughly record and maintain case information on HR system

Requirements:

  • Demonstrable experience in managing a high volume of complex cases
  • Able to work autonomously as well as part of a team, identifying when to further escalate cases
  • Excellent senior stakeholder management, collaborating with Heads of and above, as well as experience investigating senior leaders
  • Experience with HR systems (Workday, PeopleHR, BambooHR etc)

Salary and Benefits: The estimated salary for this position is circa £250 per day. You will be able to work on a super hybrid/flexible basis, with only 1 day per month in their London office. Candidates must be available immediately or on 1 weeks notice, and be able to interview virtually w/c 6th January.
