You will be responsible for managing senior employee cases, employee concerns, and advising management on employment-related issues while ensuring that all employee relations activities comply with public sector rules, regulations, and policies.
A key aspect of this role will be fostering a fair and transparent working environment for all employees.
Salary: £65,000 - £80,000 per annum depending on experience
