We're seeking a skilled Receptionist to join our team at Premier Inn in Bristol. As the face of our hotel, you'll use your excellent customer service skills to welcome guests and make their stay with us unforgettable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Manage the front desk, handling check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments efficiently.
  • Work collaboratively with the housekeeping team to ensure rooms are prepared to the highest standards.
  • Process payments, handle customer complaints, and maintain accurate records.
  • Stay up-to-date with hotel policies, procedures, and promotions to provide guests with the best possible experience.
