About the Role

The successful candidate will work closely with our experienced teaching staff to provide individualized support to students with SEND. You will be responsible for creating a positive and inclusive learning environment, promoting social and emotional development, and supporting students with their academic and personal needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support students with SEND in a one-to-one or small group setting
  • Assist with lesson planning and delivery to meet the needs of students with SEND
  • Provide emotional support and guidance to students with SEND
  • Collaborate with teaching staff to develop and implement individualized education plans
  • Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive school culture
