About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Acquisition Manager to join our team at AWS EMEA SARL (UK Branch) - F93. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and customer adoption of AWS services in the UKIR region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new customers and grow existing relationships
  • Build and manage a high-performing sales team to achieve revenue targets
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Solution Architecture, Business Development, and Marketing, to drive sales pipeline growth
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the startup ecosystem and trends in the UKIR region
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Founders and CxOs

Requirements
  • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding revenue targets in a quota-carrying role
  • Excellent customer-facing skills and understanding of cloud technologies
  • Experience hiring and developing technology sales professionals
  • Deep insights into the startup ecosystem and trends, and/or experience working with tech startups
  • Extensive customer network
Preferred Qualifications
  • MBA/MA/MS degree in a relevant field
  • Technical background in engineering or computer science
  • Experience selling cloud technology
