Customer Acquisition Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Acquisition Manager to join our team at AWS EMEA SARL (UK Branch) - F93. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and customer adoption of AWS services in the UKIR region.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new customers and grow existing relationships
- Build and manage a high-performing sales team to achieve revenue targets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Solution Architecture, Business Development, and Marketing, to drive sales pipeline growth
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the startup ecosystem and trends in the UKIR region
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Founders and CxOs

Requirements- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding revenue targets in a quota-carrying role
- Excellent customer-facing skills and understanding of cloud technologies
- Experience hiring and developing technology sales professionals
- Deep insights into the startup ecosystem and trends, and/or experience working with tech startups
- Extensive customer network
- MBA/MA/MS degree in a relevant field
- Technical background in engineering or computer science
- Experience selling cloud technology
