Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Customer Liaison Officer to join our team at Daniel Owen Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth communication bridge between residents, scheme managers, and clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Work on a scheme in Greater Manchester completing communal upgrade works
• Liaise with residents, scheme managers, and clients to ensure effective communication
• Complete social value events and collate customer satisfaction surveys
• Monitor and resolve resident complaints
• Work closely with the Site Project Manager to ensure a proper communication bridge

Requirements

• Customer-facing role experience
• Driving license
• CLO experience
• Looking for a long-term/career role
