Customer Liaison Officer Role

We are seeking a skilled Customer Liaison Officer to join our team at Daniel Owen Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for liaising with residents, Scheme Manager, and client to ensure effective communication and conflict resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Working on a scheme in Greater Manchester completing communal upgrade works
  2. Liaising with residents, Scheme Manager, and client
  3. Completing social value events
  4. Collating customer satisfaction surveys
  5. Monitoring and resolving residents' complaints
  6. Working closely with our Site Project Manager to ensure proper communication
  7. Conflict resolution

Requirements:

  1. Customer-facing role experience
  2. Driving license
  3. CLO experience
  4. Looking for long-term/career role
