Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Customer Liaison Officer to join our team at Daniel Owen Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for working on a project in Greater Manchester, completing communal upgrade works, and liaising with residents, Scheme Manager, and client. The role will also involve completing social value events, collating customer satisfaction surveys, and monitoring and resolving resident's complaints. The ideal candidate will have customer-facing experience, a driving license, and experience as a Liaison Officer. The salary for this role is £34,000 - £38,000.
Responsibilities:
* Working on a scheme in Greater Manchester completing communal upgrade works
* Liaising with residents, Scheme Manager, and client

* Monitoring and resolving resident's complaints
Requirements:
* Customer-facing experience
