Brand Liaison Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Customer Liaison Officer to join our team at Daniel Owen Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring effective communication with residents, scheme managers, and clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Working on a scheme in Greater Manchester, completing communal upgrade works
- Liaising with residents, Scheme Manager, and client to ensure smooth project delivery
- Collaborating with the Site Project Manager to ensure proper communication and conflict resolution
- Monitoring and resolving residents' complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Completing social value events to enhance the community experience
- Collating customer satisfaction surveys to inform business improvement initiatives
- Proven experience in customer-facing roles
- Valid driving license
- Previous experience in a CLO (Customer Liaison Officer) position
- Ability to work in a long-term/career role
