Brand Liaison Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Customer Liaison Officer to join our team at Daniel Owen Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with residents, scheme managers, and clients to ensure effective communication and conflict resolution.
Key Responsibilities:- Liaise with residents, scheme managers, and clients to address concerns and resolve issues
- Collaborate with the Site Project Manager to ensure proper communication and coordination
- Monitor and resolve residents' complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Complete social value events and customer satisfaction surveys to measure service quality
- Work closely with the project team to ensure seamless delivery of services
- Proven experience in customer-facing roles
- Valid driving license
- Previous experience in CLO roles
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders. A driving license is essential for this role, as you will be required to travel to various locations.
