Brand Liaison Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Customer Liaison Officer to join our team at Daniel Owen Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with residents, scheme managers, and clients to ensure effective communication and conflict resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaising with residents, scheme managers, and clients to address concerns and resolve issues
- Completing social value events to enhance community engagement
- Collating customer satisfaction surveys to inform business decisions
- Monitoring and resolving residents' complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Working closely with our Site Project Manager to ensure seamless communication and project delivery
Requirements:
- Proven experience in customer-facing roles
- Valid driving license
- Previous experience in a CLO (Customer Liaison Officer) role
- Ability to work in a long-term, career-oriented environment
