Brand Liaison Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Customer Liaison Officer to join our team at Daniel Owen Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with residents, scheme managers, and clients to ensure effective communication and delivery of our projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Liaise with residents, scheme managers, and clients to ensure effective communication and resolution of issues.
- Collate customer satisfaction surveys and monitor feedback to inform service improvements.
- Work closely with our Site Project Manager to ensure proper communication and conflict resolution.
- Complete social value events and engage with the local community to promote our services.
- Monitor and resolve residents' complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Customer-facing role experience with a proven track record of building strong relationships.
- Driving license and ability to travel to various locations.
- CLO experience and knowledge of the construction industry.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve project goals.
