Brand Liaison Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Customer Liaison Officer to join our team at Daniel Owen Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with residents, scheme managers, and clients to ensure effective communication and delivery of our projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaising with residents, scheme managers, and clients to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Completing social value events and initiatives to enhance the community experience.
- Collating customer satisfaction surveys to inform project improvements.
- Monitoring and resolving residents' complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Working closely with our Site Project Manager to ensure proper communication and project delivery.
- Conflict resolution and negotiation to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in customer-facing roles, with a focus on building strong relationships and resolving conflicts.
- A valid driving license and ability to travel to project sites.
- Experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of community liaison and customer engagement principles.
- A long-term commitment to the role, with a focus on delivering high-quality results and building strong relationships with stakeholders.
Salary: £34,000 - £38,000 per annum, depending on experience.
